Overview

What employers get

Performance

Education built around the drivers of energy, focus, and resilience: blood sugar, strength, sleep, and recovery.

Relevance

Topics most workplace programs skip, including metabolic health and menopause, which research links to significant lost work time in US workplaces.

Clear scope

All services are education and implementation support, not medical care. Participation is voluntary, and no individual health information reaches the employer.

Workshops

Live sessions, 60 minutes, Q&A included

Each session covers one topic in plain language and ends with two or three practical actions employees can apply the same week. Delivered on site or virtually, as a standalone session or a series.

01

Blood Sugar, Energy & Muscle

How everyday food and movement choices influence glucose regulation, metabolism, and energy through the workday.

02

Why Weight Changes After 40

What changes with age, and how strength, nutrition, sleep, and daily habits can help.

03

Running on Empty

Common contributors to fatigue, nutrition considerations, and when to discuss testing with a clinician.

04

Stress, Sleep & Recovery

How recovery supports well-being, and practical strategies for better workday routines.

05

Menopause & Work

Common midlife changes, evidence-informed support options, and workplace considerations.

06

Same Habits. Different Results.

Why health responses vary from person to person, and what personalized nutrition and lifestyle education can offer.

The 90-Day Precision Health Pilot

A structured program with a measured before and after

Designed for a group of 10 to 15 participants. The program starts from each participant's baseline, builds an individual action plan, and reassesses at day 90.

Map the starting point

Private intake, wellness goals, and relevant baseline measures. Optional clinical testing only where appropriate.

Build the personal roadmap

Each participant receives individualized nutrition, movement, sleep, and lifestyle priorities, with goals that can be tracked.

Put changes into practice

Six live implementation sessions over 90 days, supported by practical tools and progress check-ins.

Reassess and plan ahead

Repeat comparable measures and review progress. Every participant receives a private before-and-after summary and next steps.

Each participant receives

A private Baseline vs. Day 90 Health Progress Report showing chosen behavior goals, repeat measures where appropriate, and a personal next-90-day plan.

The employer receives

A program results review covering engagement, completion, and usefulness, with a recommendation to expand, adapt, or stop. Individual health information stays private.
