Everything people usually want to know before booking a call. If your question is not here, email sarah@int-wellness.com and you will get a real answer from Sarah, not a bot.
No. This is the most common misconception. We start with what you already have: blood work, symptoms, medications, supplements, body composition and lifestyle. That alone is enough to find patterns and build a plan.
Genetics is the optional, most robust layer. If you want it, raw data from Ancestry or 23andMe works, and a kit can be added for $99. Many clients add it later, after their first results.
A much wider group than people expect. Clients include women navigating perimenopause and menopause, people working on weight loss or insulin resistance, clients supported alongside their doctors through Hashimoto's and other thyroid conditions, people chasing unexplained fatigue, and plenty of people who feel mostly fine and want to optimize their health. Included, but not limited to.
Twenty minutes. You tell Sarah what is going on; she tells you honestly whether she can help. You leave with a clear read on what to look at next, and if it is not a fit, she will say so.
No. Sarah is a Functional Nutrition Practitioner, not a physician or dietitian. She does not diagnose or treat disease, and nothing she provides replaces your medical team. Everything is education and professional opinion, built to make you a sharper participant in your own care. For conditions like Hashimoto's, she works alongside your doctors, never in place of them.
A one-time deep read of your data: labs, lifestyle, body composition, and genetics if you have it, read together instead of one test at a time. You get a written report with every pattern scored and ranked, a priority map of what to address first, and a 60-minute call to walk through it and set your first moves.
The Blueprint is a new offer, and the launch price of $199 runs through November 30. The full price is $750. Early clients get the full product at the launch price; there is no stripped-down version.
Recent blood work is the most useful single input, even a basic panel from your last physical. Beyond that: your current supplements and medications, and honest answers about sleep, food, movement and stress. A body composition scan and DNA data are welcome additions, not requirements. If your blood work is missing key markers, the report tells you exactly which ones to request next.
Once your data is in, the written report and your 60-minute call are typically scheduled within two weeks.
Membership is $199 per month, after your Blueprint. It keeps your Blueprint alive: a monthly 30-minute check-in call, new labs and scans read against your baseline, an updated priority map when your data changes, and research notes relevant to your patterns. Cancel any time.
Coincidence of the launch window. The Blueprint is a one-time $199 during launch (full price $750); membership is an ongoing $199 per month that is only available after a Blueprint, because the monthly work builds on that baseline.
Everything you purchased is honored in full. The old packages are simply no longer sold; membership is open to you whenever you want it.
A comprehensive picture covers blood sugar and insulin, a full thyroid panel, a full lipid panel, inflammation markers, iron status including ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate, and the basic metabolic and blood count panels. Most of it is standard; your doctor can order it. The blood testing page covers this in depth, including what to do when a doctor will not order a marker.
Find Your Pattern is a free three-minute check: twelve plain questions that show which of the six patterns Sarah sees most often your answers fit, which answers raised it, and the levers worth pulling first. It is an educational starting point, not an assessment of disease. Try it here.
Raw data files from Ancestry or 23andMe both work. If you have neither, a kit can be added to the Blueprint for $99, or you can skip DNA entirely.
Integrative Wellness is based in Michigan and works with clients remotely. Calls are over video, and your report is yours to keep.
Never. Medication decisions belong with you and your prescriber. What you get is education about what your data shows, so your conversations with your medical team get sharper.
