Blood Testing

Your genes hold the tendency. Your blood shows right now.

DNA tells you what your body is inclined to do. Blood work tells you what it is actually doing this season, in this life, under this much stress.

Read one without the other and you are guessing. Read them together and the plan gets specific.

One blood test, once

A single snapshot. It tells you where a marker sat on one morning, after one week of sleep, one season of eating.

Useful. But you cannot tell a trend from a dot, and most of what matters in this work is the trend.

A membership

The same markers, run again. Now you can see whether homocysteine is falling, whether the inflammation marker settled, whether the change you made actually moved anything.

Not more data. The same data over time.

01 · How it works

No lab visit. No needle.

This is the part that stops most people from ever running labs. The membership removes it. The kit comes to your door and the collection happens on your kitchen counter.

01

Pick your panel

Your choice, every time

The membership covers the draw. You choose which panel it goes toward, and you can switch to a different one on your next round.

Collect at home

EasyDraw kit

A painless upper arm collection that takes about five minutes. No needles, no phlebotomist, no sitting in a waiting room fasting and irritable.

03

Lab runs it, you get results

7 to 10 days

You mail the kit back. Results land in a dashboard that tracks every marker across every draw, so the trend line builds itself.

We read it against your DNA

Where I come in

This is the part a dashboard cannot do. Your markers, read against your variants, your history, and how you actually live.

02 · The panels

Five panels. One membership.

Test monthly, quarterly, or every six months. Pick any panel and switch between them. HSA and FSA eligible, and you can cancel at any time.

Start here

Longevity Essentials

A balanced set across cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, and nutritional systems. The one I point most people toward first, because it touches every system we work with.

Focused

Thyroid Focus

A full thyroid picture rather than the single TSH most annual physicals stop at. Worth running if fatigue, temperature, or weight patterns are the thing you keep circling.

Focused

Hormone Focus

An in depth hormone panel. Pairs closely with COMT and estrogen clearance work, which is where a lot of my perimenopause conversations end up.

Focused

Heart & Metabolic

Cardiovascular and weight management markers. The natural companion to APOE and the lipid side of a genetic report.

Everything

Ultimate 360

The most comprehensive option, spanning biomarkers across nine health categories. If you want a full baseline before we build a protocol, this is it.

Panels start at $124 plus shipping, before the 20 percent comes off. Pricing and panel contents are SiPhox's, not mine, and can change. The link always shows what is current.

03 · The markers

Up to 62 markers, nine systems.

Not every panel runs all of these. What matters is that the markers I care about most for genetic work are in here, rather than scattered across three separate orders.

01
Heart health

Cholesterol fractions and lipid markers.

02
Metabolic health

Glucose and insulin related measures.

03
Hormonal health

Sex hormones and related binding proteins.

04
Thyroid health

Beyond a lone TSH.

05
Inflammation

hs-CRP and friends. Often the first thing to move.

06
Nutritional

B12, folate, vitamin D, and the nutrients methylation runs on.

07
Liver health

Enzymes and clearance markers.

08
Kidney health

Filtration and function.

09
Prostate health

Where relevant.

The ones I look at first

Homocysteine, B12, folate, vitamin D, hs-CRP

These are the markers that tell me whether a methylation variant is quietly expressing or sitting there doing nothing. A MTHFR result means very little until homocysteine has an opinion about it.

Already have labs?

Bring what you have

Recent work from your own physician is just as useful. You do not need to buy anything to work with me. This is here because it is the easiest path for people who do not currently have labs.

04 · The read

Numbers are not a plan.

A dashboard will tell you a marker is out of range. It will not tell you why it is out of range in your body, or what to do about it first. That is the work.

01

Tests worth asking for

What the results suggest is worth following up on with your physician.

02

Questions to bring to your doctor

Framed so a busy clinician can answer them in the time you actually have.

03

Supplements that may support

Specific forms and doses matched to your variants, not the trending bottle.

04

Food and lifestyle levers

The daily changes most likely to move the markers that matter for you.

Results review

Bring a panel, get a read

Run a panel, then book a session. We go through it marker by marker against your genetic report and leave with a short list of what to change first. Book an intake and say you have labs coming.

Then it keeps going

Retest, and watch it move

This is why the membership matters more than a one-off kit. Change something, wait a quarter, run it again. The second draw is where you find out whether any of it worked.

05 · Questions

The things people ask.

If yours is not here, email me. I answer these myself.

How do I get the 20 percent off?

Use the partner link, siphoxhealth.com/intwellness. The discount applies automatically at checkout. There is no code to type and nothing to mention.

Is there an actual blood draw?

Not the kind you are picturing. The membership includes an at-home EasyDraw kit that collects from your upper arm in about five minutes. No needle, no lab visit, no appointment. You mail it back and results come in roughly seven to ten days.

What exactly does the membership cover?

It covers the collection and the lab work, and you pick which panel it goes toward. You can switch panels between draws, and test monthly, quarterly, or every six months depending on what you are tracking. It is HSA and FSA eligible, and you can cancel at any time.

Do I need to buy this to work with you?

No. Genetics can be read on their own, and recent labs from your own physician work just as well. This exists because "go get blood work" is where most people stall out, and this removes the friction.

Can you interpret my results?

I read your markers alongside your genetics from a nutrition and lifestyle perspective, and turn them into food, supplement, and follow-up questions to bring to your doctor. I am a Functional Nutrition Practitioner, not a physician, so diagnosis and any medication decisions stay with your medical team.

Why SiPhox and not something else?

Because the marker set lines up with the work I actually do. Homocysteine, B12, folate, vitamin D, hs-CRP, thyroid, and hormones in one kit is unusual, and those are the markers that make a genetic report mean something. If a different lab serves you better, run that one instead.

Partner disclosure

Integrative Wellness is a partner with SiPhox Health. If you purchase through the link on this page I may earn a small commission, at no additional cost to you, and you get 20 percent off. This does not change the markers, the lab, or my opinion about which tests are worth running. I have nothing to gain from recommending SiPhox over a panel you would otherwise order through your doctor. The information matters more than where you get it.

Get the numbers, then get the read.

Order a panel at 20 percent off, or book a 20 minute intake first and we will decide together which markers are actually worth running for you.

This page is educational and reflects one practitioner's opinion. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Blood markers should be interpreted in the context of your full health picture by your medical team. Integrative Wellness works alongside your physician, not in place of one.

Do not start, stop, or change a supplement or a medication without your prescriber's involvement. Functional and integrative reference ranges discussed in a results review may differ from the ranges used by your laboratory or provider.
